- To prepare Drawings and Plans, Construction drawings Photomontages, 3D Modelling and Visualizations and other Illustrative Material in support of Planning Applications, Presentation Work and Contract Documentation.
- Be capable of applying precise specifications in architectural drawings, and maintain all drawing package, client/consultants' specifications in an organised manner.
- Provide architectural assistance to architects in developing planning and construction drawings, specifications, and other multiple tasks.
- Be able to execute architectural details and write specifications to a high standard under supervision. Good knowledge and understanding of the UK building regulation and planning policies.
- To have knowledge and experience in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and others), Sketchup/Revit and rendering software.
- To assist in the preparation of illustrated reports, brochures, information leaflets and

- Ensure that all project deadlines are met to the highest of standard.
- Previous experience in graphic presentation work relating to architecture or allied professions.
- Be able to coordinate and prioritise between project tasks and marketing materials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude

- Full driving licence and use of own car
