- Manage and mentor a team of 4 analysts, fostering their growth through coaching, feedback, and technical development.
- Set high standards for analytical rigour, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Guide prioritisation, ensure analytical delivery is high-impact, and create an environment where the team is focused, supported, and clear on outcomes.
- Act as the primary analytics partner for Product and Engineering leadership within the Flights vertical.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships (especially with Engineering and Strategy) to align analysis with business context.
- Help senior stakeholders make confident, data-informed decisions through insight-rich storytelling and robust analysis.
- Shape and evolve success metrics to guide product development and assess performance.
- Drive identification of new opportunities - including those that aren't yet on the roadmap - through deep analysis of user behaviour.
- Support experimentation at scale, from hypothesis design through to post-test interpretation and learning.
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface key trends and guide decision-making.
- Support a self-serve analytics culture by enabling Product teams to independently access and interpret data.
- 7+ years in analytics roles, with significant experience in product analytics within a digital or e-commerce context.
- Proven success in leading analysts, including development, prioritisation, and delivery.
- Deep comfort with tools like SQL, Tableau, and large-scale data platforms (e.g., Databricks); bonus for Python or PySpark skills.
- Strong grasp of A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical rigour.
- Exceptional communicator - able to distil complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a nose for commercial value and a bias toward action.
