As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, document, and deliver system and process enhancements. Reporting to the IT Business Solutions Manager, you’ll play a key role in defining requirements, analysing current and future state processes, and ensuring successful implementation of IT change.Key responsibilities include:Leading workshops and interviews to gather and validate business and system requirementsDocumenting functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and business process flowsCreating and maintaining accurate business requirements documents (BRDs) throughout the lifecycle of each projectCollaborating with business users, testers, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment and deliverySupporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and test planningAssessing the impact of change on systems and operations and supporting effective change managementIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to continuous service enhancementSupporting ITIL-aligned activities such as demand management, release planning, and service validationAssisting with initiatives relating to Information Security and governance where requiredYou’ll be expected to bring both technical knowledge and a people-focused approach to stakeholder engagement, always aiming for clear communication and high-quality outcomes.About You
