Come and join our friendly and supportive Facilities team as a Facilities Supervisor based at Yeatman Hospital in Sherborne.As a Facilities Supervisor you will be knowledgeable in cleaning processes and have an awareness and understanding of Infection Prevention Control and COSHH. You will support the management of the day to day running of the facilities team, carry out cleaning audits, pre-planned maintenance, rota planning,and other office-based work. Having experience in a similar supervisor role would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm with one late shift a fortnight to support and manage the evening team and one day a month at the weekend. We would also welcome part time applications. The shift pattern will be shifts to suit the needs of the service and can be flexible to how these are met which can be discussed further at interview stage. You will need a full UK Driving Licence.This post is part of the Facilities & Estates Service that Dorset Healthcare may transfer to an NHS wholly owned subsidiary company, from November 2025 or later.
