Posted 20 June 2025 by UrsulaHallam Medical has opportunities for Community Nurses to support a community healthcare provider in Worthing, Sussex.We would love to hear from Community Nurses to deliver dedicated care to patients within their own homes in Worthing.We are looking for Community Nurses who can confidently carry out all standard community nursing duties.As you will be driving to patients within their homes, access to your own car is required.Skills/Requirements:

NMC Registered
Full UK driving licence
A minimum of 6 months UK Community Nursing experience
