- Postgraduate training in administration, project support or relevant field
- Experience supporting complex projects or programmes, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Experience coordinating senior-level meetings and events, including preparation, logistics, facilitation, and follow-up
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and professional communications for a range of audiences
- Experience of managing website content, newsletters, and social media
- Collaborative, values diversity, and builds effective relationships across professions and organisations
- Experience of working in the NHS, higher education, or other complex public sector environment
- Experience producing digital/media content (e.g. newsletters, podcasts, multimedia)
- Understanding of the role and value of the psychological professions in the NHS and wider health and care system
- Knowledge of confidentiality, data protection and information governance requirements when handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with digital platforms for communication and collaboration (e.g. CMS for websites, social media scheduling tools, survey software)
- Awareness of the NHS Long Term Plan and Long Term Workforce Plan Knowledge of NHS structures, governance, or workforce policy
- Knowledge of project management approaches
- Understanding of stakeholder engagement and partnership working in multi-professional or cross-organisational settings
- Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office 365, project trackers, and collaborative platforms (e.g. Teams, SharePoint)
- Able to distil complex information into clear and accessible formats [reports, presentations, comms]
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
