- £3,000 to £6,000 DV Bonus - please note this level of clearance isn't essential for this role. This bonus is subject to individual clearance and project requirements - discussed upon application.
- Hybrid working where possible - please note, the business expectation is to be onsite 65% over a one-month period.
- Half day finish on a Friday

- Be an integral member of the ICI team, helping the businesses to identify, track, and enhance ICI capture activities in both campaigns and opportunities
- Measuring and monitoring the progress of the business plans aligned to the overall division and company growth agenda and helping to steer initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of strategy and business development aligned to our customer mission(s) across domain.
- Owning the pipeline CRM reporting tools, management processes, and analysis for the division
- Driving BD & Sales function information dashboards exploitation and reporting
- Supporting the development of best practice within the division to maximise opportunities
- Understanding of the international Defence and Security Sector, with 5+ years' experience
- Experience leading growth and improvement initiatives
- Experience in business analysis
- Experience in business performance analysis and reporting against KPIs/ ROI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to allow effective collaboration with both front end and technical staff and the ability to work across functions
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet team objectives and deadlines
- A continuous improvement mind-set and a strive for excellence
- Ability to travel - predominantly within the UK with some overseas opportunities
