You’ll be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to deliver A-Level content for the right candidate.What You'll Be Doing:Delivering engaging, practical, and theory-based Music lessons to a diverse student bodyTeaching performance, composition, and music appreciation in line with national curriculum expectationsPreparing students for GCSE Music and encouraging extracurricular participation in ensembles, choirs, and performancesUsing a range of resources and instruments to support inclusive, accessible music educationInspiring students to develop musical confidence and creativity both in and out of the classroomContributing to the school’s performing arts programme through concerts, productions, or clubsIdeal Candidate Profile:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching Music at secondary level in the UKA broad knowledge of musical styles, history, and current curriculum requirementsSkilled in using music technology and classroom instrumentsConfident leading ensembles or choirs and promoting performance opportunities
