- Monitor and maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to support operational requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- A strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with service providers.
- Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
