In this role, you will:Support repeat prescription management and medicines reconciliation.Carry out audits and quality improvement work to enhance patient safety.Provide medicines optimisation support for patients with long-term conditions.Work closely with GPs, pharmacists, nurses and other staff to improve prescribing practices.Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:A current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician.Previous experience in a GP surgery, PCN or primary care setting (desirable).Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a full-time locum role (5 days per week) on an initial 3–6 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.This opportunity won’t last long!
