
Data Analyst

- Lead periodic and ad hoc KPI reporting, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery to business stakeholders.
- Design and maintain dashboards and custom reports to support business objectives.
- Act as a data subject matter expert, supporting teams in interpreting and leveraging insights for strategic decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, analyse datasets, and present clear, actionable findings.
- Continuously seek new opportunities to extract value from data, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
- Utilise both internal and external data sources, exploring and analysing data using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
- Build strong professional relationships, collaborating across all levels of the business and contributing to a data-driven culture.
- Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from various sources
- Create comprehensive reports and data visualisations to communicate findings effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets
- Develop and implement data quality assurance procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis
- Provide recommendations to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent work experience with relevant A-levels.
- Strong proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Dynamic Arrays, VBA/Macros, use of formulas, pivot tables, and complex data analysis functions.
- Proven experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with a passion for translating data into actionable insights.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and promoting this approach among stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Commercial acumen and an ability to understand business drivers.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages is desirable.
- Working Hours, Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
