
HR & Training Officer (Part-Time)

- Provide first-line HR advice across employee relations and recruitment
- Manage recruitment campaigns from approval to appointment
- Support induction, probation, and performance management processes
- Maintain training records and manage e-learning systems
- Produce reports and KPIs for HR and management teams
- Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records in the HR system (Cascade)
- Support internal communications and HR projects
- Previous experience in a similar HR advisory role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with online training platforms desirable
- CIPD qualification or working towards (preferred)
- Part-time, permanent position, some hybrid working.
- 22 hours per week across 4 flexible days
