- Deliver high-quality care and support services to children and their families.
- Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and manage caseloads effectively.
- Work closely with multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory requirements.
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Care Wales registration.
- Experience in children’s services, particularly in care and support.
- Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
