Training Delivery Instructor - Welding

- Deliver hands-on Welding & Fabrication training in line with the Training Plan and standard operating procedures.
- Support departmental tasks using your expertise, as directed by the Training Manager.
- Keep training materials up to date and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Assess student work and provide clear, constructive feedback to help them progress.
- Ensure trainee wellbeing and development throughout the training process.
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures, while maintaining your CPD records.
- Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in MIG, TIG & ARC Welding
- Be proficient in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
- Proven experience in the Welding & Fabrication industry.
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification / DCTS Defence Train The Trainer Course or equivalent (successful completion)
- Previous instructional experience in a military or civilian engineering environment
