- Dealing with enquiries for products.
- Qualifying customer requirements & identifying the appropriate product to offer.
- Processing enquiries using an inhouse CRM system
- Ensuring enquiries are passed to the production team to ensure they understand the customer request.
- You will monitor all SLA’s and request for questionnaires.
- Working closely with the sales team.
- Providing product support to colleagues & customers.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to self-manage and motivate.
- Ability to work well as part of team.
- Confidence to challenge.
- Communication skills in person, by phone & email.
- Adaptability.
- Problem-Solving.
- Experience with CAD or similar design package.
- £26,000 - £27,000 Basic
