
Inside Sales Engineer - Arabic Speaking

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Develop and deliver technical onboarding for the new members of the Inside Sales team.
- Provide technical updates to the team
- Stay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA with focus on Middle East
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience from sales environment is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to office 5 days a week
