- Acting as the Building Regulations Consultant for the consultancy’s design teams.
- Reviewing full design packages for Building Regulations compliance and producing detailed compliance reports.
- Coordinating input from internal technical specialists and external consultants where required.
- Preparing and updating Building Safety Act compliance risk registers and related documentation.
- Providing expert advice on necessary construction-phase requirements and conducting periodic inspections.
- Maintaining documentation and compliance information on the agreed platform with clients.
- Manage your own workload and provide sound advice to clients and project teams.
- Collaboratively solve compliance challenges with confidence and expertise.
- Work closely with the H&S Director to develop the Building Regulations Principal Designer service.
