This is a hands-on, senior field-based position—ideal for someone looking to lead by example and shape the future of our technical delivery.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair Fire & Security systems to the highest standard.
- Deliver outstanding customer support—both onsite and remotely—resolving technical issues with confidence.
- Offer training and technical guidance to fellow engineers when required.
- Act as a senior presence onsite, upholding company values and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Proven experience in installing and commissioning Fire & Security systems.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working independently and mentoring junior engineers.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
