Based in North London, this role offers you flexibility with hours and 2 days to work from home each week! A specialist design arm committed to innovative and captivating interior spaces for a diverse range of clients, from hotels to commercial offices with huge names in the media and tech industries!Position Overview:
Interior Designer with expertise in workplace design (Other project experience would be a bonus) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out commercial interiors, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating unique and functional spaces. As an integral member of the team, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and other design professionals to bring projects to life from concept to completion.Responsibilities:
·Utilize Revit software to develop detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
·Work closely with project managers and design team members to ensure design concepts are translated accurately into Revit models.
·Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
·Research and source materials, furnishings, and finishes to enhance design concepts and meet project budgets.
·Create compelling presentations and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
·Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes.
·Must have experience working on commercial office/fit-out projects.Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
·Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial office/fit-out projects.
·Proficiency in Revit software is essential; experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
·Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction documentation.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
