Are you mechanically minded, enjoy hands-on work, and have proven customer service experience.We’re looking for a Service Technician to join a small, family-run company that values every team member. This is a dual role – you’ll be servicing and maintaining equipment as well as upselling products and building relationships with customers.What you’ll be doing:
  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment on customer sites.
  • Providing technical advice and support to customers.
  • Visiting beautiful locations and attending trade shows to showcase and offer services.
  • Offering upsells and helping customers get the most out of their equipment.
  • Representing a friendly, professional company where you’re more than just a number.
What we’re looking for:
  • Mechanically minded with hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly and customer-focused – able to chat, advise, and build relationships.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to travel to customer sites.
  • No formal qualifications required – experience with engineering, mechanical work, or maintenance is a must!
What’s on offer:
  • £30,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday, giving you your weekends free.
  • A varied role – no two days are the same!
  • Travel to interesting locations and trade shows.
