We're looking for a kind, caring and reliable Lunchtime Welfare Assistant to help make our youngest children's midday experience safe, happy and full of smiles.Working with our fabulous 2-3-year-olds, you'll support them during lunch, encourage good table manners, help with toileting and hygiene routines, and make sure playtime afterwards is fun, safe and full of giggles.If you're someone who's patient, nurturing, and doesn't mind a bit of mess (because let's face it - spaghetti happens), then you might be just who we're looking for.Flakefleet Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.The successful applicant will be expected to support the caring and family ethos of the school.This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent.
