- Manage kitchen projects from design handover to installation.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers, fitters, and installers to keep everything on track.
- Solve problems quickly to keep projects moving.
- Follow up with clients after installation to make sure they’re 100% happy.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Proactive, with a positive “can-do” approach.
- Previous project management or customer service experience in interiors, kitchens, or similar is an advantage — but not essential if you’re a fast learner with the right attitude.
