- Partner with leadership to drive end-to-end fundraising efforts across Europe and beyond.
- Create compelling investor materials - from PPMs to co-investment decks
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors and family offices.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile investor events in London and Europe.
- Elevate the brand through PR, ESG initiatives, and strategic communications.
- Manage investor data, reporting, and compliance with precision and care.
- Liaise closely with the deal and finance team in London and Europe
- Elevate existing processes and establish best practise
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets within PE, VC, or related sectors.
- A natural communicator with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong academic background and a track record of professional excellence.
- A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and detail-oriented.
- Strong technical skills and with good financial acumen
- Happy to be part of a boutique team and work 5 days in office
