
Diesel Calibration Engineer

- Technical development and validation of base engine and emissions control calibration, including air-charge, fuelling, EGR, DPF, SCR, and more
- Development of engine emissions control strategies
- Calibration development on engine test bench, chassis dynamometer, and in vehicle on road
- Conducting technical analysis to support tasks with robust evidence
- Delivering assigned tasks on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Interfacing directly with clients on technical issues
- Collaborating with team members to organise and deliver project activities
- Reporting technical status internally and to customers
- Supervising junior team members on assigned tasks
- Experience in automotive engineering, particularly in engine calibration or related disciplines
- Strong technical background in the calibration of Engine Management Systems
- Proficiency with traditional calibration and data analysis tools such as INCA/MDA
- Understanding of EMS strategies and engine fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to liaise with customers regularly as part of an international team
