  • Technical development and validation of base engine and emissions control calibration, including air-charge, fuelling, EGR, DPF, SCR, and more
  • Development of engine emissions control strategies
  • Calibration development on engine test bench, chassis dynamometer, and in vehicle on road
  • Conducting technical analysis to support tasks with robust evidence
  • Delivering assigned tasks on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Interfacing directly with clients on technical issues
  • Collaborating with team members to organise and deliver project activities
  • Reporting technical status internally and to customers
  • Supervising junior team members on assigned tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in automotive engineering, particularly in engine calibration or related disciplines
  • Strong technical background in the calibration of Engine Management Systems
  • Proficiency with traditional calibration and data analysis tools such as INCA/MDA
  • Understanding of EMS strategies and engine fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to liaise with customers regularly as part of an international team
