- Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of women’s health programmes, workshops, and support sessions.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to clients on lifestyle changes, nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing, and reproductive health.
- Monitor client progress and offer motivational support to achieve health goals.
- Facilitate group sessions, or community events that promote women’s health awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to the creation of educational resources and social media content.
- Stay updated on the latest research and trends in women’s health and wellness.
- Support programme evaluation and feedback collection to ensure continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centred approach.
- Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualification in health coaching, nutrition, exercise science, public health, or a related field.
- A comprehensive induction and training programme; you don’t need to have worked in the leisure industry before. We will teach you all you need to know!
