We are looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient production, assembly, and packing of food products. Your role will involve ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with product specifications, company standards, and food safety procedures.Note: Shifts 6am-2pm (Mon-Sat, 40 hours per week) and 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week).If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Production & Quality Control: Complete tasks in line with company procedures, ensuring all food products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following hygiene protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in efforts to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality within the production process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet daily targets while maintaining product quality and ensuring food safety.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all relevant training and procedures.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner for all relevant tasks and report any issues or hazards to the Team Leader.

The PersonWe are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in food manufacturing (If you don't have experience we will offer full onboarding and training)
  • Has prior experience in food manufacturing
  • Understands hygiene and food safety standards
  • Is familiar with health and safety regulations
  • Can work effectively within a team
  • Has basic proficiency in English
