This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with excellent opportunities for long-term career development and progression.As a key member of the production team, you'll play a vital role in operating and monitoring chemical processes to world-class standards-ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently delivered.What You'll Be Doing:🔹 Safety First, AlwaysChampion a safety-first mindset and actively participate in site safety programmesOperate processes within clearly defined safety and environmental limitsSupport incident reporting and investigations to drive continuous improvementFollow strict housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe environmentProvide thorough handovers to ensure operational continuity and safety🔹 Process OperationsOperate chemical processes following SOPs and batch sheetsMonitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvementsComplete batch documentation and data logs accurately and in real-timeSupport shift leaders with production meeting attendance and reportingReport maintenance issues using the on-site CMMS and help drive timely resolution🔹 Team Contribution & DevelopmentWork collaboratively with production, engineering, and QC teamsTake part in training and cross-skilling opportunitiesHelp maintain and improve Standard Operating ProceduresWhat We're Looking For:✅ Previous experience in chemical process operations-ideally on a COMAH-regulated site
✅ City & Guilds Process Operations qualification (or similar), or significant hands-on experience
✅ Strong awareness of HSE regulations, COSHH, and safe systems of work
✅ Forklift and/or MEWP experience (desirable but not essential)
✅ Confidence in troubleshooting and suggesting process improvements
✅ Team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic
