We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our clients existing management structure due to current programme requirements.The successful candidate will assist and report to the wider construction management team on a selection of work packages, ensuring delivery to an acceptable standard of quality, safety, and programme expectations.Working alongside the Construction Management team and sub-contractor teams, you will be involved in the front-line supervision and planning of programme work packages. You will help manage day-to-day interactions between various teams and onsite sub-contractors, supporting the delivery of works that meet quality, contractual, safety, and time requirements.Key Responsibilities for the Site Supervisor:
  • Work with the Construction Manager to deliver the scheme.
  • Manage and coordinate site activities in line with the programme.
  • Review daily outputs and report to the Construction Manager.
  • Ensure quality standards are met.
  • Confirm that only adequately trained and experienced operatives are engaged on site.
  • Undertake monthly ESH (Environment, Safety, Health) reviews with suppliers and specialists.
  • Deliver site inductions and regular toolbox talks covering Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, maintaining records of these briefings.
  • Advise the Construction Manager on specialist strengths and concerns.
  • Record resources and monitor outputs against programme.
Essential Qualifications for the Site Supervisor:
  • SC Clearance
  • CSCS Card
