Role overviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Rural Chartered Surveyor to join our Consultancy team.As a Rural Consultant based in the Norwich office, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice across a broad range of rural property matters, including compulsory purchase, estate and land management and valuation.Have relevant experience in the rural property and agricultural sector, with good technical knowledge and experience including:
  • Compulsory purchase work
  • Estate and land management
  • A good understanding of property and land law matters
  • Strategic business and asset management
  • A good understanding of valuation principles
  • Have a keen interest in the rural environment
  • Ambitious and positive can-do attitude
  • A team player but able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to solve problems and provide solutions
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic working environment and meeting deadlines
  • The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to engage, influence and communicate with clients, professionals, and the rural community
