- Receiving and handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Preparing, issuing, and following up quotations
- Creating and issuing product selections to support quotations
- Issuing technical documentation including technical submittals and data sheets to customers
- Processing customer purchase orders and issuing sales order confirmations
- Order management up to the point of dispatch
- Preparation of dispatch paperwork and labels
- Prospecting new business from existing customers
- Handling product returns and claims
- Updating customer and project information in the CRM system
- Customer focused
- Highly motivated and pro-active
- Excellent communicator
- Efficient, articulate and process driven
- Previous experience within a similar role essential
- Experience with technical products an advantage
- Computer literate
