- Develop and demonstrate strong knowledge of the technical and engineering principles governing the process.
- Monitor and respond to the key process and quality indicators that represent the process performance.
- Provide leadership in driving process improvements from either a productivity, throughput, or quality standpoint.
- Own the validation program for the process including process and cleaning validation.
- Partner with Operations to ensure clear manufacturing instructions are provided, and key issues are addressed.
- Capture key learning in technical reports to ensure the process knowledge-base continues to develop in a progressive manner.
- Support all safety and environmental policies/procedures, including coaching and feedback.
- Bachelors or Masters in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology or equivalent
