RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LOCUM, 2+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE, EXETER. We are working alongside a respected law firm in Exeter that is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide holiday cover from 1st to 31st October. JOB REF: 0665
  • The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with leasehold properties, along with the ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision.
