We would love to help you fill your time with a meaningful and rewarding part time career as a Home Care Assistant.We are looking for people who live in Weston super Mare, Worle, Clevedon, Congresbury, Burnham on Sea and all the surrounding areas, who want to work locally to where they live.This is a part time position, but you will have the same, regular hours each week, and those hours are up to you! Maybe you'd like to work 9 - 2 to fit in with school. Or if you have full time availability, or want to work in the evenings only, then we can help with that too!As a Home Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will be visiting people in their own homes to help them with all elements of their daily routines and provide meaningful companionship at the same time.   • Pay rate of £13.40 per hour or £15.20 per hour after 6pm and at weekends.
  • Double pay on Bank Holidays.
  • Paid travel time plus paid mileage.
  • A range of guaranteed hours contracts available e.g.: 12, 16, 30 hours p/week. Or zero-hours to suit your availability.

QualificationsAs a Home Care Assistant you will need to be:
  • An excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable.
  • Compassionate, kind & considerate.
  • Able to treat clients with dignity and respect at all times.
  • A good listener, communicate clearly and build relationships with clients and their families in a polite and friendly manner.
  • A driver with access to a vehicle.
