- Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, collaborating with global and divisional teams to embed effective risk processes, tools, and best practices.
- Take ownership of the Group’s Risk Management policy, controls, and integrated risk systems, ensuring robust compliance with Provision 29 of the UK Corporate Governance Code and supporting Board-level assurance
- Deliver insightful risk analysis and reporting by collating, presenting, and interpreting the Group’s enterprise risk profile, conducting horizon scanning, and providing strategic recommendations to influence business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification in risk management or internal controls (such as IRM, CIRM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management and controls frameworks within complex organisations, ideally with practical industry application beyond consultancy.
- Strong background in controls, internal audit, or enterprise risk management, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver effective training across business units
