Marketing Executive – Jaguar Land Rover (Hybrid- travel to support stores and events when required, approximately 1-2 time per month, however is project dependant)Basic salary up to £28,000, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.At Lithia UK, we’re shaping the future of automotive retail, and our marketing team is central to that journey. We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Jaguar Land Rover division and play a key role in delivering creative, impactful, and effective campaigns. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From managing digital content to driving brand consideration and sales opportunities, this role will give you the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business and see the real impact of your work.Working closely with senior leaders, central marketing teams, and dealership operations, this role offers the chance to collaborate with experts across digital, studio, PR, social, and customer retention.   • Taking full ownership of maintaining the offer and content sections of the website, ensuring information is always accurate, relevant, and reflective of business priorities
  • Building strong communication channels with dealer operations and central teams, including digital, PR, content, social, and customer retention, to ensure seamless collaboration and joined-up campaign delivery
  • Leading briefing meetings with in-house marketing teams and completing high-quality briefing documents, ensuring that requirements and deadlines are clear, realistic, and understood by all parties
  • Supporting senior leaders to deliver campaigns that align with group and national messages, and playing an active role in operational dealer meetings to ensure campaigns are effectively rolled out
  • Using insights and findings from market research and performance analysis to shape campaign messages, ensuring sales propositions remain competitive and customer-focused
  • Implementing franchise marketing plans that meet manufacturer standards, while carefully managing budgets and ensuring spend is aligned to agreed targets
Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK colleague? We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Previous experience in retail marketing or within a similarly fast-paced industry, with a strong understanding of how to deliver results through campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
  • A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, combined with the curiosity and willingness to learn more
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of automotive retail would be an advantage, but a passion for marketing and a customer-first approach are key
  • Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and managing budgets would be highly desirable
