- Comply with all company Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Employee requirements, policies and procedures.
- Promote Client in the Healthcare marketplace including the development of literature that demonstrates Client’s offering
- Identify and target opportunities that currently use or could use automation
- Make contact with new potential customers to verify any opportunities
- Obtain detailed specifications for all customer requirements
- Provide detailed brief on customer requirements along with possible solutions
- Initial negotiation on contracts, prices and delivery dates that meet Client’s commercial requirements
- Update the CRM system, quote directories and business systems
- Manage the customer relationships and develop existing customer base
- Provide a single point of contact for customers
- Where specialist knowledge is required, ensure that the relevant specialist is identified and cost obtained
- Ensure project or contract changes are identified to the business
- Support the conclusion of any commercial problems such as payment or changes in specification
- Short- and long-term sales target focused
- Find and open up new customers
- Focused on long term relationships with customer

- Responsive to customers’ needs whilst maximizing the benefit to the business
