Would you like to work in the area of Essex, covering daily, short-term, and/or long-term supply teaching assignments?.Are you an experienced Teacher, HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant), or adept Cover Supervisor considering supply work? If so, we have an ideal opportunity awaiting you.The flexible role will provide cover for pupils across the KS1/KS2 curriculum to meet the needs of schools within the area.You will be responsible for delivery of pre-planned lessons, supervision of pupils and ensuring effective behaviours management in line with school policy and engaging pupils within the learning environment.Why Choose GSL?

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in diverse teaching settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to do Adhoc Work and also be flexible.
