So, if you're ready to take the next big step in your career, challenge yourself every day and evolve with the world around you, THG is ready for you.Header:Job Title: Operations AssistantDepartment: OperationsLocation: Shenley, Herts,United KingdomReports To: Head of OperationsJob purpose:To assist the Content and Operations teams in all aspects of the home entertainment artwork workflow, ensuring all deadlines are met.A key co-ordination point for the Creative & Content and Operations teams, liaising between Producers and internal and external stakenolders.Key responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact between external design agencies, producers and Operations team.
  • Create full job tags, in order to fulfil creative brief, conformed to Arrow Style Guide, and allocate to design agencies.
  • Assist the Producers with proof reading all release content, including full checks on barcodes and catalogue numbers.
  • Manage external arwork approvals.
  • Provide full artwork specs, on all new releases, to Operations department, in line with manufacturing timelines.
  • Support Operations team to ensure production deadlines are met and alert on status of arwork assets.
  • Approve all artwork PDFs and provide quality control on all assets, prior to manufacturing.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams in set-up of new announcement titles by collating all artwork, packshots and technical specifications.
  • Provide Watermarked booklets and layered artwork files on completion of project, for PR purposes.
  • Provide all artwork assets required for digital delivery, within given timelines.
  • Support HoO on artwork assets for all third party licensing deals.
  • Raise workflow P.Os, where applicable.
Performance measurement & targets:
  • Ensure all production deadlines are met for physical release.
  • Improve workflow between Content, design agencies and manufacturing.
Qualifications & experience required:
  • Well organised and effective communicator.
  • Highly motivated.
Personal attributes:
  • An understanding of the Home Entertainment industry and familiarity with Arrow products
  • Passionate about film.
