- Keep clear records of progress and contribute to EHCP reviews where needed
- Help create an engaging, safe, and structured learning environment
- Experience working with children or young people (ideally in schools, youth work, or SEN settings)
- Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
- Confident working 1:1 and in small group interventions
- Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable – every day is different!
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable, not essential)
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a calm, nurturing approach
