Grade 3Salary – £27,707 per annum with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, OTE £35,000 per annumHours – Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. No weekend working!Working arrangements: During your first few months, you’ll be office-based full-time to complete onboarding and training. We’re looking for a commercially savvy Senior Sales Account Manager to help us win, retain, and grow these partner relationships.In this high-impact role, you’ll use your relationship-building expertise and sales acumen to drive performance through our partner channel – ensuring we offer compelling propositions that meet our partners’ needs while delivering strong commercial outcomes.This is a great opportunity to join a business with big ambitions, a trusted brand, and a channel that plays a crucial role in our commercial strategy.Role overview:As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating competitive, tailored quotes for partners that strike the right balance between value for them and healthy margin for the business.
- Providing structured feedback to Sales Management on propositions – including what resonates with partners and key no-sale insights.
- Working closely with mobile networks to negotiate pricing and funding support to win key deals, and effectively communicating this back to partners.
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to shape and elevate the sales team’s performance and culture through role modelling best practices.
- Contact Centre or phone-based sales account management experience,ideally within the B2B mobile sector.
- Strong objection-handling capabilities and resilience.
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Skilled negotiator with a commercial mindset.
