What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing and progressing residential property sales
  • Generating new business and instructions
  • Conducting viewings and negotiations
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Liaising with clients, buyers, and solicitors
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Solid experience in residential property sales
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Smartly presented with a professional manner
  • Knowledge of the Lewes and surrounding area
  • Full UK driving licence
