- Lead audit assignments within the non-profit and charity sector
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Provide technical guidance to the team and clients
- Support the team throughout the assignments, allocating tasks and answering any technical queries
- Review financial statements when necessary
- Participate in new business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations (SORP and UKGAAP predominantly)
- Work closely with other departments to finalise services to clients
- Contribute to the firm's strategy and growth initiatives
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing audits within the non-profit and charity sector with a UK client base
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Strong client management skills
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
