The HR Manager will take on a broad generalist remit, covering the full employee life-cycle, performance management, employee relations and more. You’ll have the chance to contribute to shaping HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.This is an ideal opportunity for a high-potential HR professional with at least 8 years of experience in a buy-side investment firm, high-growth fintech, or similarly fast-paced financial services setting. It offers scope to take on more responsibility and make a tangible impact within a growing, people-driven culture.The Candidate
  • 8+ years of HR Generalist experience in PE, Investment Management, Family Office, VC, HedgeFund or Fintech firm in a UK office
  • Strong IT Skills, especially Excel
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Positive nature. Can do attitude.
  • An interest in technology.
There will be some flexibility when it comes to working from home.
