The team is busy making this an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to take a step up into a highly regarded regional practice.The roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to handle a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to leases, developments, and landlord/tenant matters. You'll work with a broad client base including developers, investors, and business owners, providing commercially astute advice and ensuring each deal runs smoothly from start to finish.What's in it for You?

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents.
  • Conducting due diligence and advising clients on potential risks and solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for business development and attending networking events.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where required.
About You
You will be a motivated, commercially minded solicitor who:
  • Has at least 3 years' PQE experience in commercial property.
  • Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
  • Is proactive in developing professional relationships and new business opportunities.
