- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure precision in machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to meet production requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols within the manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in CNC machining within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment maintenance.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Competitive salary in the range of £38500 rising to £39200
- Shift Pattern Monday to Thursday
- Early shift: 6.00am - 2.00pm
- Night 10pm to 6am
- back shift 2pm to 10pm
- Friday Early shift: 6.00am - 12.20pm, Night 6:40pm to 1am,back shift 12:20pm to 6:40pm
