With beautiful grounds, fantastic leisure facilities, and a close-knit team, there's never been a better time to join us.Job DescriptionPosition: Bars Team MemberLocation: Potters Resorts Five LakesType: Part TimeThe Role: As a Bars Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our social scene, delivering top-notch drinks and service to our guests. Whether you're pouring a refreshing cocktail or serving a chilled pint, your role is all about creating the perfect experience for our guests.You'll also:
  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
  • Serving our wide range of all-inclusive and premium drinks including; tea, coffee, milkshakes, cocktails, and a range of alcoholic drinks to our guests
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic role
  • Possess strong attention to detail - being able to spot when tables and glasses need clearing
  • Attending training sessions, to ensure you have relevant knowledge of alcohol laws and procedures
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Hours of work:
  • This is a flex position: You will be required to work between 2 - 5 shifts per week, various shifts over a 7 day period
  • Bar opening times: 9am - 2am
  • Shifts include; days, evenings, and lates
  • All straight shifts around the needs of the business
Immediate start available for the right candidate!** Rates of pay - Based upon age:£12.21 per hr (Over 21)£10.00 per hour - 18 - 20QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
  • A friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
  • Prior bar experience is great, but not essential - we can train you!
  • The ability to work well under pressure and keep things running smoothly.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A team player who's keen to pitch in and help whenever needed.
