About the company:We're on the lookout for a confident and driven Pensions Service Delivery Manager to join a growing Pensions Administration business in Scotland. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to build strong client relationships, inspire and mentor teams and deliver operational services across complex schemes. Our client operates a flexible hybrid working arrangement, office attendance required once every 2 - 3 weeks.About the role:In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of pension administration services across portfolio of complex and varied pension schemes (DB, DC & CARE & Hybrid). Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and mentor Pension Administration Managers to strengthen team performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of pension administration services to clients.
  • Improve commercial performance through client engagement, billing, and process efficiency.
  • Support the Operations Manager with wider leadership responsibilities and get involved in strategic activities.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and retention strategies, resource planning.
Key skills and experience:
  • Solid pensions administration background / experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across DB, DC, CARE and Hybrid schemes
  • Proven track record of team leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
