- Role: Senior Associate
- Team: Private Wealth (Succession & Tax)
- Location: Hybrid working from Exeter, Plymouth, Southampton or Bristol.
- Working Pattern: Full-time/Part-time
- Advise on estate and succession planning, including wills, lifetime gifts, and family governance
- Manage complex probate and estate administration matters
- Work closely with clients who own rural estates, business assets
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated advice, particularly in tax, real estate, and corporate matters
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their development and the strength of the team
- Engage in business development and networking to grow your profile and the firm's presence in the region
- At least 5 years' PQE in private client or private wealth law
- A STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
- Strong experience in succession planning, trusts, tax, and estate administration
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships
