A leading UK charity supporting children with brain injuries is seeking a dedicated Deputy House Manager to join their team in Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to work for a nationally respected organisation providing specialist care, education, and rehabilitation for children and young people with complex needs.As Deputy House Manager, you will support the House Manager in leading a skilled team, ensuring the highest standards of care, and contributing to the delivery of individual care plans. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and families in a modern, purpose-built environment focused on quality and development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of nursing and care staff
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality, child-focused care
  • Lead care planning, assessments, and reviews
  • Oversee medication administration and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain strong communication with families and internal teams

Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse with mentorship qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting children with complex needs
