- Oversee the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger
- Manage supplier relationships and handle queries
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as necessary
- A strong background in Purchase Ledger
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to improve processes and create efficiency's
- Good understanding of financial regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in relevant finance software
