We are seeking a Senior Purchase Ledger Officer to join our Accounting & Finance department in their Leeds office. Senior Purchase Ledger Officer role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger within the public sector and government industry.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger
  • Manage supplier relationships and handle queries
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
  • Assist with month-end financial reports
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
  • Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as necessary

  • Proficiency in relevant finance software
